R.M.T. Johnson School

On Monday, February 6, 2012 Johnson School had the pleasure of participating in the 13^th Annual Celebration of the Arts, at the Aqua Turf Club in Southington, CT.  The Connecticut Association of Schools has developed this wonderful opportunity for elementary schools to recognize and honor students with outstanding citizenship, cooperative skills, and artistic ability in the performing and/or visual arts.  Our school honorees are fifth graders Audrey Garcia and Elizabeth Tran. 

Both Audrey and Elizabeth are extraordinary students with outstanding skills in art and music.  They are admirable individuals who are fair, honest, kind, compassionate, and helpful.  They often exceed the expectations of their teachers and are terrific role models for their peers.

Mrs. McCue, Ms. Torpey, Ms. Carpentier, Ms. Mancini, Mr. DiSalvo, Mrs. Esposito and the honorees families attended this wonderful event to celebrate the efforts and achievements of these two fine individuals.
