What is NJROTC?

NJROTC is an education program sponsored by the Navy to bring out the best in every student. It is available for students in grades 9 through 12. Only a select few schools are fortunate enough to have such a program. We are proud to be one of them. We are a unit that is dedicated to teach cadets that, "all doors in life can be opened with good manners and a smile." Our mission is to prepare the youth of today for the challenges of tomorrow by teaching them how to effectively work as a team and individually to overcome obstacles in life. BHS is extremely fortunate to have such a program to give its students such an advantage. Where we are so far in NJROTC is attributed to the teamwork of all the cadets, our Naval Science instructors, the students who participate in JROTC, their parents, and all the tax-payers in the Town of Bethel. We would not be here without you.
